What is Harvest Free Medical Clinic
Harvest Free Medical Clinic is a 501c3 non-profit organization, founded in 2003. It has been the joy of the clinic to serve the greater Charleston community for over 20 years!
Our primarily volunteer staff is excited to provide free medical care and medications to those without resources to pay. We aim to demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ through the care at Harvest. All individuals are eligible for care without regard to faith, nationality, creed, or lifestyle.
Our clinic's focus is the evaluation and management of chronic illnesses and providing preventative care. The goal is to promote better health for the individual while also limiting the burden of unnecessary emergency department visits on the healthcare system. The clinic was established by Dr. Bob Freeman two decades ago, and today it continues through the generosity of faithful volunteers and donors.
